ARRIVAL
1- Registration: On arriving at the Camping, Guests must report immediately to Reception in order to register. Each Guest must produce a valid document of identification as required under current legislation. Guests should take the opportunity to read the internal regulations. Management reserves the right not to admit Guests who do not exhibit proper means of identification or who do not comply with the regulations of the Camping.
2- Bracelet- Camping pass: The Reception Desk will give each Guest a Bracelet-Camping Pass on arrival. The Camping Pass is required entering the Camping and using the Camping services. All Camping Passes must be given back to the Cashier’s Office at the time of departure.
3- Opening hours of Reception and Cashier’s: Office Reception is open between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.. The Cashier’s Office is open as follows: from 7 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m..
4- Allocation of Camping area: We don’t take any reservations for Camping pitches. Guests can choose by themselves the preferred pitch at their arrival, and must communicate the exact Road and the pitch number to the Reception. Only Reception Staff can approve any pitch change during the stay.
5- Allocation of the living accommodation: It is the Management’s option to give priority to the Guests requests for a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or preferred area, but not to guarantee it. The Staff have the right to modify the Client’s request, according to availability, without prior notice. The daily rate includes one car parking space only; a separate charge will be made for an additional car, which must be left in the outside carpark (unmanned). Living accommodations will be allocated from 3.30 p.m. onwards.
6- Vehicles not admitted: Motorcycles, quads and water motors are not admitted inside the Camping.
7- Pets: Pets must not be kept inside bungalows and maxicaravans even on a temporary or non-permanent basis, nor may they be kept outside. Guests bringing pets to the Camping must inform Management upon arrival. All pets must comply with health regulations; written proof of such must be shown. Where necessary, pets may be examined by vets during the stay.
DURING THE HOLIDAY
1- Absence: Guests must inform Management each time they leave and return to the Camping. Guests failing to do so will be charged for the period of absence. In case of pitch or living accommodation uninhabited, two people per night will be charged as well.
2- Visitors: Any visitors must report to Reception and leave a document of identification to the Staff before they are permitted to enter the Camping. Visitors may not bring vehicles into the Camping. The car must be left in the outside carpark (unmanned). Visitors may stay at the Camping for a maximum of half an hour, after which they will be charged for the daily Camping rate, for people and car. Pets are not permitted.
VISITING TIMES: FROM 8 a.m TO 9 p.m..
3- Driving regulations: Motorcycles and quads are not admitted inside the Camping. Motor vehicles must not be driven inside the Camping between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.. Motor vehicles must be driven at walking pace inside the Camping. Guests must only use their vehicles when strictly necessary. Cyclists are advised to ride slowly for their own safety and the safety of others.
4- Quiet times: Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Guests must not disturb other Guests by using radios, televisions, stereos and musical instruments or by gathering in groups. To prevent disturbance, Guests must keep the volume of radios, TVs, stereos and musical instruments to a minimum at all times. Tents and caravans with verandas must not be put up or taken down between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
5- Pets: Pets are admitted only to specific Camping areas, provided they are kept on a leash and comply with health and hygiene regulations and current legal requirements. Dogs must be kept on a leash when taken outside the Camping and for their hygienic walks; owners must clean up after their pets if necessary. Guests may not take animals onto the beach, both for health and safety reasons. Animals must not be taken into the playground, swimming pool area and all public areas (bar, restaurant, shops, toilet facilities etc.).
6- Care of children: Management will not supervise the activities of Guests who are staying at the Camping. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of parents (who will assume sole responsibility towards third parties) or guardians; Management and the owners of the Camping site are released from all responsibility in this matter. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not cause damage or place themselves at risk at the Camping, particularly around the lake and in the play area. Guests must observe the special regulations for the swimming pool area. Ball games must not be played between tents, on roads or on the beach.
7- Hygiene: The Camping provides a full cleaning service but relies on Guests to keep it in the best possible condition. Please note that rubbish should be collected in sealed bags and placed in bins between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.. Remember that a good rubbish differentiation will make elimination easier. Guests must use correctly sinks, wash-basins, toilet facilities as well as washing machines, dryer and nursery. Any damage resulting from the im- proper use of such will be the responsibility of the Guest. Please note that chemical toilets must be emptied into the special drains at the toilet blocks. Guests should ask for the key to the nursery and disabled toilets at Reception. Guests must keep Camping areas and living accommodation clean and tidy and leave them in the condition in which they found them. Sheets must be used on beds in the living accommodation. Guests who do not have sheets may hire them from Reception. Smoking is not allowed in the living accommodation.Cars must not be washed inside the Camping.
8- First-aid post: The Camping has a first-aid post. Guests with diagnosed or suspected infectious diseases must report immediately to the doctor or to the Management. The doctor’s arrival is announced through the loudspeakers.
9- Insurance and internal security: The Management declines any liability for theft, accidents, damage to persons and things, damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees and branches, illnesses, including plant illnesses, epidemic, arson, force majeure etc.
10- Damage to, removal of and lost property: Management will not be held responsible for Guests’ property that is damaged, stolen or lost. People damaging or removing the property of the Camping must pay for the damage and replace missing objects where possible. Guests who find property that other Customers have lost or left behind, must return it to the Reception.
11- Faulty equipment: Please inform Management of any faulty or defective equipment found at the Camping.
12- Messages: Mail Reception will pass on incoming mail to adult Guests only. If the mail has not been collected after 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. Announcements will not be made over the loudspeaker system for mail, lost property or animals.
13- Swimming: Motorboats must approach the lakeside with switched off engine. Do not leave canoes, windsurfs and water motors on the beach. Regulations and legislation governing the use of boats on the lake must be observed.
14- Fires and barbecues: Fires must not be lit on the ground or on the beach. Barbecues may be used providing they are put out after use. Please take precautions in order to avoid your neighbors’ unease.
DEPARTURE
1- Daily rate and services included: The total daily rate is the price of living accommodation or pitch, including car parking (limited to 1 car) - plus a charge per person staying at the campsite, plus others extras (extra car, dogs, trailer, etc.), according to the period of the stay. Prices are exclusive of any city and/or government taxes. In case of pitch or living accommodation uninhabited, two people per night will be charged as well.
The following services are included in the stay rate:
•• Admission to the swimming pool area according to the opening calendar,
•• Deck chairs and umbrellas by the pools, as long as they are available,
•• Children’s playground, beach-volley and football courts, table tennis and fitness center are free of charge.
•• Animation (according to calendar) increasing daytime and evening activities in high season.
2- Camping areas: Guests can settle accounts only on departure and at Office hours. Departure must be between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m.; otherwise will be charged the full daily rate per Camping area and Guests, regardless of their arrival time.
3- Living accommodations: Living accommodation must be handed over by 10 a.m. in the morning of departure and must be left clean and tidy. Guests failing to do so will be charged for cleaning costs (€ 25,00) plus any breakages or missing objects. Guests staying on at the Camping after midday will be charged the full daily rate per person and car, which must be left in the outside carpark. The booked period is to be paid in full even if the period is not utilized due to late arrival or early departure.
4- Bracelet - Camping pass: Have to be returned to the Cashier’s Office on departure.
In the interest of all Guests, Management reserves the right to exclude all people who are found to be in serious breach of these regulations or whose behaviour disturbs other Guests at the Camping.
