How can I request an invoice or receipt?

A fiscal receipt is automatically issued to all guests at the time of payment, no request needed.
If you would like to receive an invoice, it is essential to request it in advance, providing all complete tax information (name, address, tax code or VAT number, unique code).
For advance bookings, the invoice request must be made before paying the deposit.
For walk-in arrivals, the request must be made before starting the check-in process.
Requests for invoices after payment may not be accepted.
